Symptoms
When multiple GLOG RefNum entries are placed on a Tracking Event to match multiple shipments (via the MATCH SHIPMENT agent action), only one of the shipments is being matched. If the identical setup is used with a different RefNum (i.e. not GLOG), the multiple shipments are successfully matched to the Tracking Event.
