Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.1.2 when a Shipment is created and a secondary charge Shipment is Created from that Shipment, when a use attempts to Split the Original Shipment the following error is encountered:

"Can't perform split action, other shipments share same s_equipment with the split shipment"
Steps to Replicate:
=============
1 - Create a Shipment from A to B.
2 - With the configuration for Secondary Charge Shipments set up create a Secondary Charge Shipment from the first Shipment.
3 - Using Actions attempt to Split the Original Shipment.
4 - The error is encountered.
