Symptoms


A contact is configured to use Consolidated Notify (i.e. Checked the "Consolidated Notify Only" box). When notifications are sent to this contact (e.g. NOTIFY CONTACT agent action), they are expected to be consolidated due to this configuration. Instead the notification is immediately sent.
