Min-Max Planning Report (INVISMMX) Failing with Error ORA-06502 in Procedure INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT.exec_min_max (Doc ID 1281032.1)

Report: INVISMMX.RDF - Min-max planning report

Symptoms

Min-max planning report (INVISMMX) completes with Error status, no report output gets generated and the below error is shown in the request log.

Error
"MSG-00070: INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT.exec_min_max returned error:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT"

Steps
The issue can be replicated with the below steps:
1. Select your Inventory responsibility
2. Go to Inventory: (N) Planning : Min-Max Planning
3. Select your organization in Change Organization window if you are prompted for this
4. In Parameters window, keep all defaulted values
5. Submit
6. See the concurrent request completed with Error status
7. See the following in the request log:

MSG-00070: INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT.exec_min_max returned error:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT Procedure EXEC_MIN_MAX
REP-1825: Before Report trigger returned FALSE.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
