Symptoms

The following error only occurs when repeatedly entering project related invoices or repeatedly making updates to the distribution lines of the project related invoices.

Fatal Error:
Error Stack: -->pa_acc_gen_wf_pkg.ap_inv_generate_account
Error Stage: 20
Error Message: ORA-20002: 3136: Item 'PAAPINVW/#SYNCH'
cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress.


If the user closes the invoice workbench form after each update to the distribution of a project related invoice, they can continue each time without error.
