Symptoms
E-Business Suite Applications version 12.1,
when attempting to logout from iStore with reverse proxy configured, the following error occurs. (It only happens with log out URL, all the rest of the navigation works fine).
The httpheaders show the URL being built is incorrect and includes the protocol and port (ie http://xxxx.xxxxxx.xxx:99999 Expected URL is https://xxxx.xxxxxx.xxx)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access https://xxxx.xxxxxx.xxx
2. Click the logout link .
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log out properly.
