Symptoms
Right clicking on an appointment in Dock Manager makes the screen jump to the top. When there are a lot of resources, this jumping hides the actions menu from the right click making it impossible to select an action.
Steps to Replicate
------------------------
1. Navigate to Operational Planning -> Appointment Management -> Dock and Yard Manager
2. Search for a Location
3. Actions -> Manage Appointments
4. In case your screen resolution is large enough, resize your browser window so that you have not all doors are visible and you have to scroll down to see all Doors
6. Scroll down and then right click on an appointment
Notice that the screen jumps back up to the top and you are not able to review the actions from right clicking. This was reproducible on IE7 but not Firefox.
