Symptoms
When attempting to Close Requisitions form, the following error occurs.
ERROR
------------
FRM-41085: Error getting Group Row count.
Click OK
Next error is:
FRM-40735: KEY-EXIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-05602.
(In the message bar.)
The Error shows up only when the profile MO: Default Operating Unit is not set.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: Requisitions > Requisitions Summary
2. Query up Incomplete Requisition
3. Try to close the form. Getting error:
FRM-41085: Error getting Group Row count.
4. Click OK
5. Receive next error:
FRM-40735: KEY-EXIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-05602.

6. Due to this issue, users cannot close the Requisitions form when Profile MO: Default Operating Unit is not set.
