When the following steps are carried out an auto Assignment rule is created, why is it not possible to go back and edit the Criteria tab?
1 - Log on to OTM
2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Auto Assignment Rule.
3 - Create the following:
ID: enter as needed
Auto Assign Type ID: ORDER_RELEASE_INVOLVED_PARTY
Auto Assign Criteria ID: ORDER_ITEMS
4 - Click finished.
5 - Click Edit.
6 - In the Criteria tab there is no ability to add new, edit or delete the existing criteria.
