Order Release Times Show As Time Zone of Source and Destination Locations and Not Ship From and Ship To. (Doc ID 1286753.1)

Goal

When using Source Location and Plan From where both locations are in different time zones, the times shown in the Order Release Search Results screen have the time zone of the Source Location and not the Plan From Location. However when the order is planned the time is correctly used with the Plan From Location for planning.
