OTM: Error during triggering of Agents in Oracle Transportation Management (Doc ID 1288140.1)

Symptoms


Client has defined a Agent : SHIPMENT - EST ARRIVAL DELAY - ASSIGNED of Shipment Type. Agent Event attached to this Event is Shipment - Status Changed
The Action of this agent is basically to select the shipment stops which have a particular shipment stop ref num qualifier gid of '<DOMAIN NAME>.EST ARRIVAL DELAY - NOTIFY EXTERNAL'
And then trigger a Customer Event - SHIPMENT - EST ARRIVAL DELAY - LOGIC BY STOP .Client then selects a shipment and then changes the external status and then
when we go to logs we see the error
