Symptoms


The PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts request fails with the following error:

  MSG-00001: Calling Maintain Project Accumulation at 12-JAN-2011 15:58:21
  MSG-00001: Concurrent request id is 21949705
  MSG-00001: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into 
    ("PA"."PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS"."EXPENDITURE_ITEM_DATE")
  MSG-00001: Exception was generated by Accumulation API
  REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
  REP-0069: Internal error
  REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
