Symptoms
When publishing a workplan, the following error(s) is received:
ORA-01403: no data found in Package PA_PROGRESS_UTILS Procedure get_plan_value
or
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PJI"."PJI_FM_EXTR_PLAN_LINES"."RESOURCE_CLASS_CODE")
