’Target Unreachable Error Received When Trying To View Driver Assignments Via Dispatch Board (Doc ID 1290855.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to view driver assignments via dispatch board, the following error occurs.

/WEB-INF/al/jsp/DecisionControlCenter/DITPATCH_BOARD/DecisionControlCenterl.jspx(225,314) ‘#{DesicionControlCentercontroller.views.c_6view.updateTimeScale}’Target Unreachable, ‘ c_6View’ returned null. Server Exception during PPR. For more information please check log files.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM.
2. Go to Fleet Management --> Dispatch Board.
3. Select a driver with assignments.
4. Click below the select driver tab:  View – Time Scale
5. Change dates into 01-02-2011 with slot time interval 1 Hour.
6. Click Ok.
7. Note the error.
