INVTVPTX - Unable To Delete Transactions From The Transaction Open Interface (Doc ID 1291880.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to delete  from the transactions open interface in the Transaction Open Interface form, the following error is received:

Cannot delete master record when matching detail records exist.

There is a detail record under the Cost Details button, but there is no option to delete the cost details information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Transactions > Transaction Open Interface
  2. Query a transaction that has cost details.
  3. Try to delete the transaction and get the error.
  4. Click the Cost Details Button. The delete icon (red X) is not active.  There is no way to delete the cost details.
