No Cost Information Displayed For Total Actual Cost or Total Weighted Cost

Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.1.2
When attempting to Approve for Execution, the following is seen
There is no Cost Information displayed on the screen, in the Total Actual Cost and Total Weighted Cost fields.
-- Expected Behavior
That there would be cost information displayed for Total Actual Cost and Total Weighted Cost.
-- Steps
1. Select a Shipment and perform Secure Resources Action
2. This will Result in the UI leaving blank values for the folowing two cost fields :
a. Total Actual Cost
b. Total Weighted Cost
