Service Request: Error Task Status Is Not Schedulable When Creating A New Task (Doc ID 1292428.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Task in the Service Request Tasks tab, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Task Status is not schedulable.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Service > Service Requests > Create Service Requests.
2. Create a new Service Request or query an existing one.
3. Navigate to the Task tab.
4. Enter the values for a new task.
5. When try to save the reported error occurs.
