Rate and Location Classification are Not Being Considered on a Multi-Stop Shipment (Doc ID 1293152.1)

Goal


When trying to use Rate Classification to control the valid rates for a mulitstop shipment, finding that the Rate Classification is not being considered for stops that are not the FINAL destination of the shipment (i.e. deliveries that are not the last stop). Should Rate Classification be looking at these stops or is it as designed that it only looks at the last stop on the shipment?
