Shipment Search Field Is Missing On Dock Manage Appointments Screen (Doc ID 1294850.1)

The Shipment field is missing on the Manage Appointments screen. The f/n/l/u is there, just not the search field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM.
2. Go to Warehouse Flow Management > Appointment Management > Dock and Yard Manager.
3. Search for a Location set up for Appointments.
4. Select Result and go to Actions --> Manage Appointments.
5. Notice the Search field is missing. The finder boxes are there, but not the actual field.
