Symptoms
Oracle Receivables (AR): AutoInvoice Information Center >Troubleshooting AutoInvoice for Oracle Receivables Release 11.5 Through 12 > Note 1294898.1
The purpose of this note is to guide you through the process of diagnosing and fixing issues that cause the AutoInvoice Master Program to hang and never complete interfacing rows.
If you decide to terminate the AutoInvoice process, please keep the following in mind:
- The AutoInvoice process has an AutoInvoice Master and an AutoInvoice Import process. The Master (parent) program is invoked first and it then spawns the Import (child) program.
- To successfully terminate the entire processes, you need to terminate the AutoInvoice Import (child) process first, before terminating the AutoInvoice Master (parent) process.
