AGIS: Inbound "Update Transaction" Button Greyed Out, but Batch is in Status "Received" (Doc ID 1295352.1)

Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)

Symptoms

In the AGIS inbound page, the batch in "received" status can be maintained because the "update transaction" button is greyed out.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter batch in outbound
2. Submit it
3. Reaches inbound but can not update it

 

Also,

In AGIS when query an Inbound transaction, the update button is greyed out

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Query the batch from Inbound side
2. Check update button
