Symptoms

When running the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts process for all projects, the following error is received:

MSG-00001: proj_accum: **** PLEASE REFRESH THE PROJECT 99999999 ****
MSG-00001: proj_accum: ****** PROJECT IS CLOSED AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ACCUMULATION *******
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Finished successfully but output is voided

When the same projects (with no changes) are run in smaller batches, the process no longer errors. After this successful run, the process will also complete successfully when run again for all projects.


Error may also appear in the log as:
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Finished successfully
