Inventory From Back Ordered Lines Is Not Automatically Transferred Back Out Of Staging Subinventory (Doc ID 1296498.1)

Symptoms

When a sales order is pick confirmed, then backordered during the shipping process, the staged inventory is not moved back to finished goods.

Why This Is An Issue
Users do not realize that they have inventory available.
When sales orders are initially picked but later cancelled, users expect the inventory will automatically move back but it does not.
