AP_CUSTOM_WITHHOLDING_PKG.Ap_Special_Withheld_Amt
Symptoms
- In AP, the withholding amount is always rounded off to the precision value set for the entered currency. But for some customers, as per local tax calculation rules, a different rounding rule may need to be applied.
- Example:
- Japanese AWT calculation needs "AWT to be rounded down to zero decimal places" by national tax law.
- This requires withholding amount to be rounded to zero decimal places irrespective of the precision set for the transaction currency
