UWQ Displays Dispute Amount Of <1.00> When There Is No Dispute For Customer (Doc ID 1298043.1)

Symptoms

A Collector's Work Queue displays the dispute amount of <1.00> when there is no dispute for customer.

Ran IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Tables and then reviewed the delinquent accounts in UWQ. 
There are several customers that have a dispute amount of <1.00> displayed in queue, however, none of these customers have any disputes on file.
