Symptoms
After applying several patches, when attempting to run and/or print the seeded "Printed Purchase Order Report(Landscape)" POXPRPOL with the XML output format and with a Purchase Orders that has a long text attachment that is over 9400 characters long, the following error occurs
"emsg:was terminated by signal 11
...
Program was terminated by signal 11
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 2547178."
Changes
Several patches applied, including upgrading to Developer 6i patch set 19
