'SSL Handshake Failure' Error Received when Trying to Deliver cXML Message (Doc ID 1299052.1)

Symptoms

After the URL for the trading partner has been changed from: https://host1.domain1:port1/...    to: https://host2.domain2:port2/... ; when trying to send cXML order message to this vendor with XML Gateway, the message delivery fails with below error:

javax.net.ssl.SSLException: SSL handshake failed
