The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter or iRecruitment Manager.
2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home - Candidates tab - Prospect Pool tab.
3. Press Create Candidate button.
4. Get error message.
