Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Concurrent Processing,
When attempting to run the Oracle Purchasing report "Receipt Traveler" POXDLPDT or some custom reports, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Oracle seeded report "Receipt Traveler"
