Applies to:
Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.0 to 6.2.0 [Release 6 to 6.2]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
As part of the OTM installation process several scripts need to run on the database to create the tables needed and load additional data content.
Some users have reported unexpected errors being generated in the import_content logs. These errors prevent any data content from being loaded to the new database instance.
There are a number of possible causes for problems with data content not loading on new OTM installations.
1. Wrong Oracle Client version installed
2. Wrong permission on the user running the create_all script
3. Wrong entries in the glog.properties for connecting to the database
Anyone one of these problems could prevent the data content from loading properly.
