Get JBO-30003 Error Opening the Supplier Menu (Doc ID 1300375.1)

Symptoms

When clicking the Supplier menu option from the manually added Customer and Supplier Setup Menu per the iRecruitment Implementation guide, the following error occurs:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Responsibility: System Administrator.
2. Add the Customer and Supplier Setup Menu as a submenu to the menu used by the iRecruitment responsibility.
3. Navigate to iRecruitment responsibility > Setup > Supplier > error.
