Symptoms
CMCPAW - PERIODIC ACTUAL COST WORKER errs with the following:
ERROR
There was an error in obtaining the acquisition cost for an outside processing receipt.
Either the acquisition cost processor has not run or the acquisition cost API returned an error.
CSTPPWRO.process_wip_resovhd_txns(45): fail_acq_cost txn: 6207632
CSTPPAQH.ACQ_RECEIPT_COST_HOOK-No_Receipt_cost
errorCSTPPACQ.get_acq_cost(45):ORA-01403: no data found.
Setting phase 4 status to ERROR
