RGXGDAXS R12: Definition Access Sets Auto Assign Is Not Working, And Does Not Appear in LOV (Doc ID 1301076.1)

Goal

Definition Access Sets are defined with one or more definitions (such as FSG Row Set, FSG Report), each having AutoAssign and Use, View and Modify checked.

The Definition Access Sets are assigned to a GL responsibility.

When defining a Row Set, then checking Enable Security, the Row Set is not assigned to the Definition Access Set. Clicking on Assign does not have any values in the LOV for Definition Access Sets.

Why aren't Definition Access Sets being automatically assigned or appearing in the LOV when manually assigning?

This does work as expected when using the General Ledger Super User Responsibility.
