Is it possible to make private notes made for item instances visible for users who did not create the note? Additionally, how is it possible to delete notes from Install Base?

This solution is intended for use in case where the user id who created the notes is no longer valid (for example, the person has left the organization) or accessible, but access to the private notes they created on the system is required.
