Stop Charges Are Not Being Included In The Computed Cost Of A Bid (Doc ID 1301570.1)

Symptoms


When adding a Cost Model which calculates the Bid Cost + Stop Cost to the Project, only the Bid Cost is showing as Computer Cost on the Bid.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the cost of the Bid + the cost of the stops be shown in the Computed Cost field of the Bid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Cost Model with the following formula: VAR_COST + {STOP}
2. Add the STOP Accessorial to the Project as a Biddable Accessorial.
3. Open the Bid Round.
4. Allow the Carrier to entered a Bid with the following costs:
$1 per 1 mile
A biddable accessorial of STOP with 50 per stop. The basis is STOP(COUNT)
5. Log into OTM as the local user.
6. Go to Sourcing --> Bid Creation --> Bid.
7. Search for the newly added Bid.
8. Scroll over and not the computed cost only shows the $1 per mile cost. It does not included the Stop Charge.
