Symptoms
When attempting to select the action "Add to Chart" from the Driver Dispatch Screen, the following error is received in a popup window.

java.lang.UnsupportedOperatioException. Server Exception during PPR
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.2.
2. Go to Fleet Management --> Dispatch Board.
3. In the Driver Box, select query "All Drivers" and click the Arrow.
4. Expand the window and Scroll Down to a Driver assigned to a Shipment.
5. Right Click the Driver and Select "Add to Chart".
6. Note the Popup Error:
java.lang.UnsupportedOperatioException. Server Exception during PPR.
