R12: Workplan Publishing Error Notification To Team Members (Doc ID 1303845.1)

When the Project Manager attempts to publish the workplan and an error occurs, system currently sends an email notification to all Team Members reporting that an error was made.

Users would like to disable this notification functionality, since it has no value. Is there a way that this can be done?
