Symptoms

Expense Reports are created and submitted for Approval. Notification does not reach the Approver. When checked from the status monitor, the workflow has errored out with the following error message -

[WF_ERROR] ERROR_MESSAGE=3835: Error '-4061 - ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated

ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated

ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.AP_WEB_EXPENSE_WF" has been invalidated

ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "APPS.AP_WEB_EXPENSE_WF"

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.AP_WEB_EXPENSE_WF"' encountered during execution of Generate function 'WF_XML.Generate' for event 'oracle.apps.wf.notification.send'.
