An Error Has Occurred During Tax Calculation on Requisition Line Details Page (Doc ID 1304569.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3, when click the "Click here" link for Tax Information item on Requisition Line Details page, user goes to the Tax: Requisition page and encounters an error. Also observe the Tax is zero.
Due to this issue, users cannot calculate tax.

An error has occurred during tax calculation which could impact tax information display.



Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in and select iProcurement.
2. Create a Requisition.
3. In the item information region of Requisition Line Details page, click the "Click here" link for Tax Information item.
4. User goes to the Tax: Requisition page, and encounters the reported error.
