Shipment Sequence not Proper in Multileg Scenario When Viewing Through Order Visibility

Symptoms
When viewing the Order Visibility for the Shipment, see that the shipments are displayed in a non-time sequential order
-- Expected Behavior
That they would be listed in a proper sequencing order
-- What is working
All Shipment are visible just in the wrong sequence.
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigate to Shipment management > Visibility >
2. Enter in an order release number that is attached to a Multi-leg shipment.
Note that the shipments are viewed in non-sequential order, last leg shipment is the first shipment etc.
