Invalid Action Error Received when Uploading Invoice Remarks Using GenericStatusUpdate XML (Doc ID 1306335.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to upload a remark to the voucher using the GenericStatusUpdate xml, the following error is received:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.1.
2. Go to Business Process Automation --> Integration --> Integration Manager.
3. Select Upload an XML transmission.
4. Upload voucher.xml file which contains remarks.
5. Note transmission number created.
6. Go to Transmission Manager and Search for Transmission.
7. Note it has a status of ERRROR.
8. Click on the transmission to open and click "Report"
9. Note the following error:
