On OTM version 6.2.1 when Bulk Planning an Order Release the following error is seen:

Error Exception Requested date of 2016-03-20 00:00:00 UTC occurs prior to the specified start date 2011-01-01 00:00:00 UTC of Calendar ABC.24X7, activity LOAD


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a Calendar that starts at 12:00 AM and closes at 12:00 AM.
2. Add the calendar to a location.
3. Plan an Order Release to or from the location with this calendar.
