Data Not Loading Into Hdowner Schema When Running Load Data To Hd (Doc ID 1307332.1)

When attempting to Load Data to HD from the UI, the following error is seen in the E_KPI_LOAD_LOG.


1031 : 42000 : java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges  java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges   at oracle.jdbc.driver.DatabaseError.throwSqlException( at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError( at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError( at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4C8Oall.receive( at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CPreparedStatement.doOall8( at oracle.jdbc.driver.T

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM as DBA.ADMIN.
2. Go to Transportation Intelligence > Process Management
3. Click "Run ETL."
4. Review the E_KPI_LOAD_LOG.
