Unable to Unassign A Driver Once A Driver Work Invoice Is Cancelled Due to WORK_INVOICE_SENT status

When cancelling a Work Invoice, the status of the work invoice changes to WORK_INVOICE_VALID_VOID, however the WORK_INVOICE_STATUS remains at WORK_INVOICE_SENT_RECEIVED. Due to this, after an invoice is cancelled, the driver cannot be unassigned due to the following error.
Unassign Driver can not be performed because Shipment [SHIPMENT_NUM] has a SENT or RECEIVED Work Invoice
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.1.
2. Search for Work Invoice.
3. Go to Actions --> Cancel Work Invoice.
4. Note Status is now WORK_INVOICE_VALID_VOID and WORK_INVOICE_SENT_RECEIVED.
5. Search for the attached Shipment.
6. Select Shipment and go to Actions --> Fleet Management --> Fleet Unassign --> Driver
7. Note the error:
Unassign Driver can not be performed because Shipment 01340 has a SENT or RECEIVED Work Invoice
