Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Upgraded to 11g database along with ATG RUP6 Patchset and BOMFDBOM crashes when querying existing bills.

Upgraded the database to 11.2.0.2 and applied these apps patches:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Apply atg rup6 patch and upgrade database to 11.2 BOMFDBOM form will crash the forms server. trace files etc. are included. we know of no other forms that are having problems
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot enter bills of materials for customer orders, the impact is very heavy as we can't take an order we can't provide a bill for.
