Symptoms

When trying to baseline an Approved Revenue Budget, the Status equals 'Rejected' and the following error is given:

Task level cost budget must be created and baselined before the revenue budget for any project using cost as revenue accrual method.

Changes

New tasks were added to the Approved Cost and Approved Revenue budgets.
