"Internet Explorer Cannot Display Page" When Performing The Assign Shipment To Driver Action (Doc ID 1309171.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Assign shipment to a Driver, the following error occurs.

-- Error
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

-- Expected Behavior
That the page would display the options to select and Assign a Driver to the shipment.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

Log into Support instance running OTM 6.1

1. Navigate to Fleet Management > Driver Management > Driver Manager
2. Click Search
3. Select Driver to be used, then Actions > Fleet Management > Assign > Shipment
4. Select More Options then input All_Shipments for Shipment Saved Query ID
5. Click Show Options
6. Select a shipment that you wish to assign the driver to then select OK

Error is then shown as 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'

Note that in some instances, the page was displayed but appeared to be displayed poorly.  Not everything is lined up or formatted poorly making the page difficult to read.
