Edit Ground Service From Shipment Ends Up In Ground Schedule Manager

On OTM Version 6.1.3
When attempting to Edit Ground Service from Shipment it ends up in Ground Schedule Manager
-- Expected Behavior
That if you edit the Ground Service that you would end up in the Ground Service and not the Ground Scheduler
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
Log into an OTM Instance running OTM 6.1
1. Navigate to Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipment
2. Input any Buy Shipment
3. Navigate to the Mode Tab
Note: Ensure that there is a ground service attached to the shipment.
When clicking on the Edit for ground service attached, what ever your ground service is titled, even though it is listed under the Ground Schedule.
4. Click on the Ground Service and notice that it brings up the Ground Service in view mode.
5. Click edit and it now shows as Ground schedule in the upper left corner, but it still looks like it is pulling up the Ground Service as Scheduled Type and Equipment Group ID are not defined.
