Unable to Update NAT/NAL of Existing Driver Assignment (Doc ID 1309468.1)

Symptoms


Adding a Tracking Event which run the Agent Action "UPDATE HOURS OF SERVICE STATE". Expecting that this should update the existing driver assignment. Instead, OTM is adding a new "override" driver assignment. Because of this, they can no longer unassign the driver from the shipment, and getting the following error:

Could not unassign driver from shipment <shipment_gid> because there is driver assignment manual override after this shipment.
