R12: Approval Email Notification Details Link Does Not Show Credit Card Transactions When Selected (Doc ID 1309889.1)

Symptoms

When an approver is accessing Details from an OIE email notification "Request Approval" the Corporate Credit Card Expenses:Business Expenses section shows "No results found" even though the data does exist. Credit card expenses are actually present on the report but not shown on the form after selecting the link on the Notification for the Approver.

Steps to recreate
-----------------------
Create an Expense Report in OIE that contains credit card related business expense.
Submit the report for approval.
Log into email as the approver for the expense report
Select the request for approval notification
Select the Details link from the approval email.
The Corporate Credit Card Expenses:Business Expenses section shows "No results found" even though the data does exist.
Log in as the employee and select the Details link for Track Submitted Expense Reports.
On the confirmation page see the following:
Corporate Credit Card Expenses:Business Expenses shows a credit card charge actually is present.

Expected Behavior
---------------------------
The approval email link to Details should also display the credit card related business expense items:
Corporate Credit Card Expenses:Business Expenses should show the appropriate credit card charge.
